Hi All,
I know most of you are probably expecting me to keep posting more stouts now that the weather is getting colder, and trust me, there will definitely be more of those coming soon. But for a little change, this time I’ll be posting about wines instead. 🍷
Tomorrow’s tasting will feature two very different but equally enjoyable wines from De Bortoli Wines — the Pepper & Spice Shiraz and the Buttery Chardonnay. 🍷
The De Bortoli Pepper & Spice Shiraz is a bold and full-bodied red wine made for people who enjoy rich, expressive flavours. It shows classic Shiraz characteristics with aromas of dark berries, plum, blackberry, cracked black pepper, and warm spice. On the palate, you’ll notice concentrated dark fruit flavours with hints of chocolate and smooth tannins that give the wine a long, velvety finish. Despite its intensity, it remains very approachable and easy to drink. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, burgers, pizza, hearty pasta dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own on a cold evening.
The De Bortoli Buttery Chardonnay is completely different in style — rich, creamy, smooth, and comforting. This Chardonnay is designed for lovers of fuller white wines, showing flavours of peach, melon, vanilla, butterscotch, and buttery oak.
Come and see us all tomorrow — looking forward to sharing these wines with you all!
Cheers😄
