🇭🇷 Karlovačko has returned! 🍺

After a long dry spell, Croatia’s beloved lager is finally back in store! Brewed since 1854 in the town of Karlovac, just south of Zagreb, Karlovačko is the beer of choice across the Adriatic. Crisp, golden, and perfectly refreshing, it’s a go-to for hot summer days or pairing with grilled meats and salty snacks.

This Euro-style lager pours a clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Expect subtle grassy hops, soft malty sweetness, and a clean, dry finish that keeps you coming back for more. No frills, just classic Croatian brewing at its finest! 😍

Fresh from Margaret River, LS Merchants' latest releases are here and they are SUBLIME!

🍋 2024 Chardonnay�A blend of mystery clone from Treeton Estate and Clone 95 and Gingin from Churchview Estate. Expect lime brûlée, white nectarines, jasmine flower, and a flinty touch of reduction, all complemented by well-integrated oak. Rich and mouth-filling with creamy texture and lime acidity.

🌿 2024 "Die Berghain" Riesling�Sourced from the vibrant Maximaler Rave vineyard in Wilyabrup. This off-dry Riesling offers poached pears, ginger powder, lemon peel, and glacé lime, with savoury tones and a velvety texture. Balanced with 10g/L residual sugar and fine acidity.

🍒 2023 Nebbiolo�A rare Margaret River expression, this Nebbiolo is pale in color yet complex. Notes of cherries, Campari, herbs, and spice, with a chalky structure. Aged in a single 500L barrel, it's ideal for decanting and pairing with hearty Italian dishes.

🍇 2024 "Margies" Shiraz�Primarily from LS Merchants' home vineyard in Treeton, with a touch from Celestial Bay in Wilyabrup. This Shiraz embodies the Mediterranean climate, showcasing fruit density, balanced acidity, soft tannins, and elegance. Basket pressed to a mix of French oak barrels, for a slight char that complements black forest cake and dark cherry juiciness.

RESINOUS DOGS from the auteur’s at Freestyle Brewing, straps you down and tantalises you with it’s latest, razor sharp West Coast IPA.

Mr. Citra leads the lineup, delivering a bright, punchy blast of grapefruit and orange peel. Mr. Simcoe steps in next—dank, piney, and just a little bold. Then there’s Mr. Talus, the wildcard, throwing in pink grapefruit, coconut, like a razorblade to the ear, sharp, quick and lingering.

The bitterness doesn’t apologize, why should it? It cuts through clean like a well-aimed bullet. The finish? A standoff between dry, crisp and lingering bitterness. You won’t walks away unscathed.
