Something special out of the cellar-

Same dirt. Same fruit. Six different masterpieces.

The Mission: Craft the ultimate expression of a single.

The Equipment: Hand picked fruit from a legendary heritage single block.

The Professionals: Six outstanding winemakers, one blank canvas.

The 2013 Alpha Crucis Winemakers' Series is the ultimate "Nature vs Nurture" showdown. This wasn't just a winemaking project; it was a experiment by Oliver's Taranga to see exactly how much a winemaker's thumbprint changes the soul of the wine.

The winemakers:
Rebecca Willson (Bremerton)
Corrina Wright (Oliver's Taranga)
Tom Harvey (Chalk Hill)
Mike Brown (Gemtree)
Steve Grimley (Five O'clock Somewhere)
Peter Schell (Spinifex)

With 13 years of cellaring, this 6 pack box set is a true collectors unicorn. It's a sensory master-class that proves the "mind" behind the bottle is just as powerful as the vines themselves.

Its a 1 of 1 for us. DM us to reserve it before its gone.

Barossa power in a box.

For the true collectors and Barossa loyalists, we've put together a little gem. A wooden collectors box with 3x 2016 Travis Earth 908 Shira/ Mataro.

This was the year Travis brought the 909 Shiraz and the 808 Mataro together in a super blend he calls a "magnificent beast."

This highly limited, small batch release is individually numbered. Not produced every year, and only when the Shiraz and Mataro components are exceptional.

Only 2050 bottles were produced. So be quick.

We also have a cheeky few bottles of the 2017 909 Shiraz and 2017 808 Mataro.

Pop in store or DM us to hold something.

Cellar Door Highlight: Josh Cooper Wines

A master-class in site-specific, low-touch winemaking.

Raised in the Macedon Ranges at the pioneering biodynamic winery Cobaw Ridge. After working vintages across France and Australia, he launched his own label in 2012 with just a single barrel. Josh has spend the last decade hunting down premium, historic vineyards across Victoria to produce pure, unforced wines of profound character.

We have a stellar trio from the master of minimal intervention-

📍2021 Shay's Flat Cabernet Sauvignon
Pure Landsborough Valley energy. This isn't your heavy, oaky Cab. It's medium-bodied, mineral driven, and tightly wound with layers of chassis and wild mountain herbs.

📍2021 Balgownie '1970 block' Cabernet Sauvignon
Old vines, big structure. Think classic, old school Bordeaux elegance meets Bendigo sun. Dominated by graphite and cider spice, with tannis that are built for the long haul.

📍2023 Doug's Vineyard Pinot Noir
Ethereal and wildly aromatic. Sourced from high up in the Macedon Ranges, this is a perfume of red cherries, Saddleworth, and star anise. Svelte, silky, and utterly addictive.

2021 was an absolute dream vintage in Victoria, yielding wines with incredible natural acidity and focus. These bottles are a testament to that.

Mostly sold out via the winery, we are fortunate enough to have a few bottles of each.
DM us to hold a bottle or 2, or swing by the cellar.

Barossa royalty, independent spirit.

Forged in the dirt:
David Franz represents the intersection of traditional Barossa viticulture and modern small-batch winemaking. Every bottle is a study in minimal intervention, focusing on site-specific fruit from some of the region's most historic blocks.

From hand-printing all his labels, to basket-pressing, his wines are a master-class in Barossa craftsmanship. Every bottle is produced with a "minimal intervention" philosophy, unfined, and unfiltered to let the quality of the fruit speak for itself.

"Wine is about enjoyment. Unless it's made with joy, what's the bloody point?" - David Franz Lehmann

We have a small slice of his range in store now.

Come by and grab a bottle.

Cold nights/warm whiskys.

As the days get shorter and we head into cooler weather, it's the perfect time to slow down and enjoy something rich, warming, and a little more indulgent.

Few names do better than Lark Distilling Co. - the distillery that helped change the course of Australian whisky history.
In the early 1990s, founder Bill Lark famously helped push for changes to outdated Tasmanian laws that had prevented legal whisky distilling for over 150 years, effectively reigniting the industry in Australia.

Today, that legacy lives on through their signature range.

📍No. 151 Fire Trail:
Bright, balanced and inviting. Think citrus, vanilla, and baked fruits with gentle oak and warmth. A great whisky for beginners.

📍No.183 Devil's Storm:
Bold and layered with dark fruit, spice and a touch of Tasmanian peat smoke. Rich, powerful and full of character.

📍No.285 Ruby Abyss:
Deep, luxurious and complex. Chocolate, caramel and silky oak depth. A true winter sipper.

We also have a couple of Larks core range...

📍No.1 Symphony:
A blended malt whisky from a combination of Larks single malts.
A soft and approachable expression. Smooth & fruity.

📍Kurio Crimson Jam:
A creative space for Lark.
A more "flavour forward" release in the Lark universe.
Blended Tasmanian single malts finished in Tasmanian cherry casks & Sparkling wine seasoned casks

Think of a fruit forward, dessert style whisky profile.

Come by the store for a peek.

New arrival -- extremely limited

From Domaine Prieuré Roch, two rare 2022 bottlings with a story you don't often see...

Produced in extremely small quantities from a single Ladoix parcel, then split across two labels.

📍Ladoix 2022 100% Chardonnay: A beautifully precise white Burgundy. Pure, mineral, and quietly powerful, with fine texture and a long, elegant finish.

📍Vin de France 2022 100% Pinot Noir: Vibrant, and lifted, with bright red fruits, gentle spice, and a supple energetic feel. Juicy, open and effortlessly drinkable.

As these wines are on allocation only, we have a very small quantity in store.
Come and secure yours before its all gone...

Dirt, grit, and world-class Chardonnay.

If you haven't met the wines of Patrick Sullivan yet, think of him as the Gippsland equivalent to William Downie--but with a laser focus on the white grape. (and if you haven't met either, you orta be ashamed)

Patrick is a "farmer first" winemaker, obsessed with the volcanic soils that give his wines their incredible energy and "thundering" mineral drive. We've just landed 4 of his new release Chardonnays.

The Lineup:

📍2025 Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay: A perfect introduction. Sourced from premium Limestone Coast fruit, it's fresh, concentrated, and full of ripe peach and citrus.

📍2024 Black Sands Chardonnay: From Henty's volcanic sands over limestone. Saline, crunchy, and tightly coiled.

📍2025 Woori Yallock Chardonnay: Upper Yarra elegance. Orchard blossom, white nectarine, and snapping acidity.

📍Ada River Chardonnay: The flagship. From 40-year-old vines in the shadow of Mt Baw Baw. Powerful, authoritative, and world-class.

These aren't your typical "oaky" Chardonnays--they are honest, site-specific, and incredibly sophisticated expressions of the land.

If you're looking for the benchmark of Victorian Chardonnay, this is it.

DM us for more info or pop by the store.

New face, same place.

Pete has to clear a little shelf space, as the next generation has arrived.

Meet Clovis the personal project of Louis Schell. Growing up in the legendary cellar, Louise has launched his own small-batch label that's all about fresh energy and minimalist vibes.

🍷Clovis Riesling: Pure Eden Valley electricity. Lime zest and mineral crunch.

🍷Clovis Grenache: Bright, 'slinky', and dangerously drinkable. Its the Barossa but with the volume turned up on fruit purity.

But we haven't forgotten the icons. We've just fleshed out our Spinifex range from Pete Schell--the man who redefined Barossa elegance.

Whether you're after the "next-gen" energy of Clovis or the "Modern Classics" of Spinifex, the Schell family has you covered.

📍In store now. Come grab a bottle (or three).

Chasing legends.

In the world of bourbon, few names carry the weight of George T. Stagg. Barrel proof. Uncut. Unforgettable.

For collectors, it's more than just what's in the bottle (although that helps) - it's the story behind it.
The limited release barrel strength Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. The subtle differences year to year make each one unique.

From deep molasses and burnt sugar to bold oak and spice.

🚨Only 1 in store🚨
Perfect for keepers and the sippers.
