Last week, Mount Mary was named #1 on the Halliday Top 100 W**eries 2026. For more than five decades, this Yarra Valley estate has pursued elegance, balance and longevity, setting the benchmark for Australian fine w**e. Its Triolet 2024 was also just named Halliday’s 2027 W**e of the Year.
Now comes the estate’s flagship red, Quintet 2024: 98 points from Philip Rich (Halliday W**e Companion) and 97 points from Erin Larkin (The W**e Advocate). W**emaker Sam Middleton considers it one of the most impressive Quintets in recent years, combining the concentration of 2022 with the nuance of 2023, built to age beautifully for decades.

Allow our CEO Anthony to introduce Bass Phillip 2024.
A long, cool season in Gippsland, with cold winds at flowering and a slow ripening, has produced a vintage built for the cellar. Now guided by Burgundian Jean-Marie Fourrier, the Premium Pinot Noir 2024 has earned 97 points from Huon Hooke and will be at its best from 2027 to 2040.
Great w**e is worth the wait. In the meantime, Anthony has picked two Pinots drinking beautifully right now: Two Paddocks Pinot Noir 2025 from Central Otago and Apsley Gorge Pinot Noir 2025 from Tasmania.
