As the festive season approaches, we’re heading to the lovely St. Agnes Homestead for an afternoon of sparkling w**e and Ch*****ne, with our friends at Prunella looking after the food.

We’ll be pouring w**es from the Macedon Ranges, Tasmania, the Adelaide Hills and Yarra Valley, alongside bottles from New Zealand, England and Italy, with stops in Burgundy, the Loire Valley and Ch*****ne. A chance to compare styles, hear a few stories and find something lovely for the festive season.

A little Chablis for the weekend.

Albert Bichot Chablis 2023 has just landed in the shop. Fresh lemon and a clean mineral finish make it a lovely match for seafood from The Fishmonger Kyneton —our favourite spot to pick up something tasty.

This Saturday we’re taking a look at imported Chardonnay, with a free tasting from 12–3pm. Pop in for a taste and a chat. Familiar territory for some, perhaps a little discovery for others.
