It seems that this marvellous steak from Vicki Sher has certainly become your favourite.
Tonight, we offer you the F1 MB7 CHULETÓN
What’s all that mean?
The F1 is a celebrated traditional cross breed between a full blood Wagyu bull and a Holstein cow. The Wagyu gives that marbling we chase and the Holstein provides size and beefy flavour.
MB7 is a high marble score so we’re seeing plenty of that intramuscular fat that renders down for amazing mouthfeel.
And lastly, CHULETÓN, the Spanish word for a big Ribeye on the bone, our favourite cut.
These cuts are on the large side, around about a kilo.
So bring mates, come hungry.
A few smaller ENTRECOT, will be available too for our tables of 2, but there’s only a couple…
