As we enter week two of our latest pop-up, there’s some new dishes on the menu and some new wines on the pour.

A collection and reflection of our Italian, French and Spanish menus this year, Bistro Europa gives us an opportunity to celebrate all of our favourites whilst still exploring more.

Join us for the next couple of delicious months as we continue to develop the Bistro Europa menu and wine list.

—Bistro Europa—

A European Bistro vibe is what we’re all about now, introducing BISTRO EUROPA. This is time where we will reflect, evolve and celebrate the food and wine we have brought to you so far this year.

There will be influences from our three focusses this year.. Italian, French and Spanish, across both our food menu and our wine list.

Our chefs Shaun Clancy and Hal Riches are playing to their strengths here and we will likely be changing the menu often.
Spring is fast approaching, and so with it an abundance of new produce to play with.. a great season to eat!

Our favourite wines from Italy, France and Spain will be poured along with new discoveries that came along after and didn’t make it to the lists of the pop-ups.
And it’s time to get back into pouring some local legends too.

Four weeks of Cocina Casera ends today with our final service being a packed Paella Sunday lunch that saw us feed well over 60 of our wonderful local friends and a few new guests too.

It’s been a pleasure having so many of you through the doors this past month and we’ve enjoyed it immensely.

A big thanks to our mate for the opportunity to put this on. Ha sido épico!

Thanks of course too to our amazing team here who all have worked so hard to make this so special.
Special thanks to our dear who has worked so hard here this year and was instrumental for this becoming a reality. Love you lots x

Tom from will be joining us at Cocina Casera - our Spanish Bistro pop-up with and pouring and chatting all things Spanish wine - arrive a novice, leave an expert!
Just book online for lunch tomorrow (Friday) and you’ll get to try no less than 15 wines from all over this fascinating and diverse wine country.
