BALLARAT COMMUNITY — PLEASE BE ON THE LOOKOUT! 🚨
We’re asking local businesses, service stations and the Ballarat community to stay alert following a serious fuel theft at APCO Alfredton.
A truck driver allegedly filled up and left without paying, with the loss estimated at $2,500 worth of fuel. The truck reportedly had no visible number plates.
We have photographs of the vehicle and driver and are taking this matter seriously.
⚠️ To other service stations and businesses: Please be vigilant, keep an eye out for suspicious vehicles and make sure your CCTV footage is secure.
If you witnessed anything, recognise the vehicle, or have information that could assist, please contact us privately. We encourage anyone with relevant information to report it to Victoria Police.
We’re sharing this to raise awareness and help protect other local businesses from experiencing the same thing.
Please share to help spread the word around Ballarat and surrounding areas. Let’s look out for one another and support our local business community. 🙏
