We are looking for a Passionate and Enthusiastic Admin Officer / PA to join our team and provide administrative support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate should be committed, highly organised and an individual who shows attention to detail. Cleanliness and neatness, both on a personal level as well as work level is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Organising of paperwork
* Data capturing
* Follow up on action items and ensure they are followed through
* Staff time sheets
* Executing PA duties.
* General Secretarial Duties - Copying, scanning, emailing, printing documents etc.
* Organise and maintain filing.
* Manage email communications
* Taking telephone calls and redirecting to the correct department
* Management of Office supplies and inventory such as Stationery
* Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

-Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
-Excellent communication skills with above average writing skills.
-Ability to work independently

- At least 3 years of Admin experience.
- Basic Accounting skills will be preferable but not compulsory.
- Social media knowledge and ability to advertise on Social Media will be highly advantageous.

Job Descripion
●Manage Day-to-Day operations of the Car Wash
●Meet and Greet Customers
●Drive / Move Customer vehicles
●Carry out quality checks / inspect vehicles
●Supervise the staff compliment
●Upsell Car Wash Offerings and products
●Co-ordinate basic maintenance of all buildings and equipment
●Ordering and Stock Management
●Admin Duties Include : Cash Ups, Wage Calculations, Controlling of Staff Schedules, Chemical and Equipment Control

Key Responsibilities INCLUDE:
●Maintaining Safety Checks and Repairs on all necessary equipment.
●Monitoring and Maintaining Chemical Usage and supplies .
●Must have basic Mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair Car Wash Equipment.
●Manager is also responsible for training and overseeing employees on safety, quality and standard operating procedures as well as reinforcing all company procedures.
●Resolving all Customer complaints and damage claims.

Car Wash operates from Monday to Sunday, 07h30 to 18h00 daily.
Days Off work on a Rotational System.

Remuneration / Salary is market related. Great earning Potential.
