It’s great for your gut health. Packed with natural probiotics, and lots of good, funky flavour😋

Keep it refrigerated, and it’ll be good for 3 - 12 months (if it lasts that long).

Did some R&D with a couple of different breading options on the wings today with results that are good but neither stack up just yet to our signature blend. One dry breading option and a wet one as well.

Coated the wings in our new and improved Mambo sauce laced with a pinch of Birds Eye 🌶️ powder.

Dusted them off with one of our special chilli seasoning blends made from the pulp from our hot sauces & some other aromatics. Toasted sesame seeds as per usual.

Still tastes good but not yet Gimba level deliciousness👍🏻
