Today marks a special day as the Mega SUPERSPAR Group officially becomes the new owners of SUPERSPAR Parklane, Parklane Cafe and TOPS at SPAR Parklane Cellars - which have proudly served the Pietermaritzburg community for over 35 years.

We would like to take a moment to honour the legacies of Cameron Mackenzie, his family and Lesley Seethal, who built Parklane into the institution it is today. Their passion, dedication, and love for this community live on in every aisle. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Parklane staff and management team, who have continued to lead the store with care and commitment over the past few years.

The Mega SUPERSPAR Group has been a proud retailer and partner in our communities in KwaZulu Natal, and more recently Gauteng, for over 25 years. Our passion is local - supporting our communities, developing our people, and delivering great value with heart.

To those who’ve shopped at Parklane for decades, we look forward to continuing the tradition of service and community spirit you know and love. And to those we haven’t yet met - we can’t wait to welcome you in-store.
