🚚 WE’RE HIRING! – CODE 10 DRIVER (MOSSEL BAY BRANCH)

We’re expanding to Mossel Bay and looking for a strong, reliable, and motivated Code 10 Driver to join our team! This is a physically demanding role with leadership responsibility — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

📍 Location: Mossel Bay
🕐 Start Date: As soon as possible
📅 Type: Full-time position

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Valid Code 10 driver’s licence (with PDP)
✅ Must be computer literate
✅ Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading soft drink deliveries
✅ Willing to work long hours and weekends as required
✅ Strong leadership skills – must be able to manage and motivate a crew to perform at their best
✅ Must take responsibility for and look after company assets, including the vehicle and equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customers efficiently and safely

Supervise and assist your crew with all offloading tasks

Maintain delivery records and basic documentation

Represent the company professionally at all times

Ensure your team works productively and according to schedule

Ensure that all company assets are well-maintained and used responsibly

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ Valid driver’s licence
✅ Strong Excel skills
✅ Computer literate (MS Office & general admin systems)
✅ Able to work independently and manage staff effectively
✅ Willingness to work long hours and weekends if required
✅ Flexible to assist in both office and warehouse environments

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent organisational and communication skills

Be proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative

Be adaptable and not afraid to get involved in the operational side of things
