Braised rice with ribs

Ingredients:
Pork rib 300g
3 tablespoons of light soysauce

2 tablespoons cooking wine
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Ginger 2 tablets
2 cloves of garlic
One small onion
30g corn kernels
30g carrot

[Pork Chop Braised Rice] Practice step:
1. Let Uncle Chang cut three ribs about 300g into small pieces about 3 cm in size. Blanch spareribs (put them in a cold water pan and take them out after boiling).
2. 3 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of semi-old soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar and half a tablespoon of thirteen spices are mixed evenly.
3. Cut 2 pieces of onion, 2 pieces of ginger and 2 pieces of garlic into slices, 1 piece of small onion into shreds for later use, 30g of corn kernels and 30g of carrot into cubes for later use.
4. Preheat the pan over medium heat, pour 2 tablespoons of edible oil, add chopped scallion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, remove the bottom oil, stir-fry the ribs until both sides are golden yellow, pour the sauce in 2 into the pan, stir-fry evenly, and then pour 300ml of water into the pan to boil for later use.
5. Apply a layer of lard to the inner container of the electric rice cooker, add 200g of washed rice, pour the spareribs on the rice together with the soup, the soup is about over one knuckle of the rice, add diced carrots and corn kernels, cover and press the cooking key. * brush lard can increase aroma, if not can also use other oil.
6. After the rice cooker is finished (it took me 45 minutes), stir it evenly.
