You might know Nella for her warm smile, her friendly greetings and those famous Jackson’s cappuccinos ☕… but behind the scenes, there’s another side to this Jackson’s superstar.

Enter: Nella, Administrative Wonderwoman! 🦸‍♀️✨

While the rest of us are busy serving customers, filling shelves and keeping the coffee flowing, Nella is quietly making sure the other wheels keep turning too!

📋 Paperwork? She’s on it.
📞 Phones ringing? Handled.
🗂️ Admin piling up? Not on Nella’s watch!
🤯 Everyone else losing their minds? Nella is probably calmly sorting it out with a smile! 😂

And somehow, she manages to do it all while still being the kind, caring and positive person we introduced you to before.

Nella may have only been part of the Jackson’s family for almost a year, but she has certainly made herself at home — bringing her warmth, dedication and wonderful sense of people into everything she does.

She says what she loves most about Jackson’s is “the friendly atmosphere, wonderful customers, and being part of an amazing team that feels like family.” 💛

When Gratitude Comes Full Circle ❤️

Yesterday, something incredibly special happened at Jackson’s Convenience Centre.

After recently celebrating Angeli Ngema’s retirement and birthday, we thought the celebrations were over… but Angeli had one more beautiful surprise up her sleeve. 🥹

She presented the management team with her very own Gratitude Award — a heartfelt gesture of appreciation for the people and place that have been part of her journey. 🏆❤️

And honestly, moments like this are what make Jackson’s so much more than a convenience centre.

They remind us that people are at the heart of everything we do.
That colleagues become friends.
That teams become family.
And that when people feel valued, appreciated and cared for, they give that feeling right back. ❤️

❤️ CELEBRATING ANGELI — 16 YEARS OF FAMILY ❤️

Change can be hard… especially when someone has been part of your family for 16 years.

Today, we celebrate someone who has become so much more than a member of the Jackson’s team — Angeli Ngema has been part of the Jackson’s family. ❤️

After 16 wonderful years of hard work, dedication, laughter and countless moments shared with our customers and team, we sadly say farewell as Angeli retires.

But today isn’t just a goodbye… it’s also a celebration! 🎉

We celebrate Angeli turning 60 today and the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in her life. 🥂✨

The Jackson’s team gathered last week to celebrate both of these special milestones with her — a small way of saying thank you for the many years, memories and contribution she has given to our business and our community.

Angeli, you will be missed more than words can say. Your presence, your warmth and the place you hold in our Jackson’s family will never be forgotten.

We wish you a very happy 60th birthday and a retirement filled with rest, laughter, adventure, family and all the things you’ve been waiting for! ❤️
