A CLOUDY DEEP PINK COLOUR, THIS PÉTILLANT NATUREL (OR METHOD ANCESTRAL) WINE MADE FROM 100% ORGANIC CINSAULT GRAPES, IS A FUNKY MARVEL.
STRAWBERRY AND CANDY FLOSS ON THE NOSE, AND A TASTE REMINISCENT OF WILD STRAWBERRIES, GRAPEFRUITAND A SPLASH OF HERBY KOMBUCHA. ENJOY COLD, ON A HOT SUMMERS AFTERNOON.

Some rather interesting Blends..

The Rascallion 45 RPM - Blackberry, sweet dark fruit on the palate with hints of cloves and aniseed. Well balanced with elegant integrated tannins. A smooth, long finish with lingering olive and black fruit flavours.
A GrenacheNoir, Cinsalt, Mourvèdre and Tannat Blend
and
Rascallion Aquiver - Aromatic layers of apricot, tangy nectarines, and fresh straw on the nose. Prominent melon and lightly toasted almonds on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a full, round mouth feel.
A Chenin, Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc Blend.

Gabrielskloof Wines have three ranges making up our wine portfolio, collectively showcasing what their unique terroir is capable of when farmed sustainably and matched with exacting winemaking.
The Gabriëlskloof Range wines focus on the estate vineyards and are accessible on release, the Landscape Series showcases their top vineyard sites along with some of South Africa’s best old vines while the Projects Range allows them space to experiment with alternative fermentation and ageing methods.
