Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Capturer to accurately input and maintain company data in various systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that all records are up to date. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity and supporting business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in Admin
• Debtors and creditors experience
• ⁠Experience with Pastel accounting / sage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
Pastel, Xero and data entry software
• Strong financial acumen
• ⁠Strong reporting skills
• Own transport
• ⁠Drivers licence (Nice to have)
• Must be a team player
• ⁠Office based
• ⁠Permanent position
• ⁠Quarterly or Monthly Incentives
• ⁠Based in Dbn
• ⁠Retail fuel site experience (Advantage)

Salary : R 8 000 (C to C)

Location: Durban based

• Position: Permanent, Full-time Driver, Including Saturdays
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Code 8 Licence

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable driver to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vehicles for transportation of goods or passengers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery/drop offs to designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

• Team player
• Valid South African driver’s license (Code 8 ).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of South African road networks and traffic laws.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Adaptable - high ability to deal with changes of schedule
• Ability to work under pressure
• A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
