APPA'S CHILLI BEEF NOW AVAILABLE | ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Lightly seasoned cornflour battered beef strips, fried, then added to a ginger, garlic, chilli base with peppers, onions in an spicy Indochinese sauce, topped with roasted cashews, spring onions & sesame seeds.

This one is spicy - not as spicy as Appa's would make it ๐Ÿ˜… but the burn is there ๐Ÿ˜‚! Fresh portions available this weekend ๐Ÿคฉ!

Ideally eat this dish with your hands as you pair it with Kerala porottas ๐Ÿ˜ฌ! It's a whole cultural experience ๐Ÿ˜†!
