Oak Valley is situated high along the Groenlandberg Mountain Range in one of the coolest wine growing regions in South Africa, Elgin. Attention to detail in the vineyards and minimalist intervention in the cellar is what shapes their cool climate wine styles. Oak Valley’s signature is elegance.

The nose has black cherry, rooibos tea, nectarine and some spearmint. The palate is well structured with pomegranate, some plum and cranberry.
The wine balances texture, grippy tannin and tart acidity beautifully in this vintage. Best paired with pan fried line fish on a bed of jasmine rice with rainbow peppers and courgette ribbons.
