We’re the liquor-loving team behind Quiquiriqui Mezcal and 184 Hackney Road/Mezcaleria Quiquiriqui and now we have set up shop on Chatsworth Road in Clapton with an off licence and tasting room dedicated to top quality drink. We stock everything you need to enjoy great liquor at home, as well as run tastings, masterclasses and events to help you get the most from your weekly units. We’ve carefully put together a list of interesting products from smaller, independent brands which you might not find elsewhere. This is not your average off licence - we’ve sought out products which we feel represent something special in their category and deserve a place in your glass. In store our Fill-Your-Own station proves fancy wines don’t just come in bottles, and
we’ll also be showcasing some of the West Country’s finest ciders. We really want to share what we love about liquor, so everything we sell can be sampled in our Tasting Room - because one sip is worth a thousand words, right? Eventually all the spirits, wine, beer and cider, as well as a selection of cocktails, will be available to try before you buy. To make sure you have everything you need to knock out great cocktails at home, we sell a wide range of ingredients and equipment. Or, if you can’t be bothered, we have readymade cocktails to take away - you can even bring your bottle back and refill it at our cocktail fill up station. As part of the Tasting Room, we’ll be holding monthly cocktail classes, as well as tasting seminars with all sorts of interesting booze people so that you can get the most our of your home bar. We’ll be hosting these ticketed events, or can design a bespoke session for private bookings of up to 12. We also offer the tasting table for hire so grab some mates and drop us a line to book in for some educational drinking. We are happy to tailor the offer to suit whatever you fancy, be it some simple cocktails of a tasting masterclass. Finally, we’ll pull the rug from under our feet if it’s going to give you a better drinking experience. Everything’s up for grabs, not just the liquor – all the art furniture, tableware and vintage, booze-related finds in the shop are also for sale.
