🚨 A LITTLE HEART-TO-HEART FROM JO’S 🚨
As the old saying goes, it only takes one person to ruin the fun for everyone.
I hate to be that person who has to make more rules, but unfortunately, here we are.
Effective immediately, outside liquor bottles and personal YETI-style cups or tumblers will no longer be allowed at Jo’s, unless we are refilling your cup.
Here’s why…
When someone brings in their own alcohol, we have no way of knowing how much they’ve consumed. That puts my license, my insurance, and everything I’ve worked so hard to build at risk.
And at the end of the day, if someone makes a bad decision, it doesn’t just affect them. It affects me, my employees, my business, and my livelihood.
Jo’s isn’t just a place to grab a cold b**r or a daiquiri. It’s my business, my responsibility, and how I provide for my daughter.
I hope that everyone can respect and understand this.
I love that Jo’s is a place where people can come together, laugh, have a good time, and make memories. I don’t want to take the fun away. I just can’t afford to let someone else’s poor decisions take everything away from us.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Jo’s, respects our rules, and understands that sometimes being a business owner means making decisions that aren’t always popular.
💗 We’re still going to have a good time at Jo’s—just leave the outside liquor at home! 🍹
