BIG NEWS!! We brought some amazing local and nation-wide organizations together to create Foreshore Cider, a WildCraft Cider & Pantry creation that will transport you to the tidepools. The label was hand drawn by halle maya, a marine scientist and scientific illustrator with The Dreams Team. The facts of the label were written by scientists at Cape Perpetua Collaborative + Marine Reserve, and highlight the local coastal ecosystem. In addition to all these amazing people, this project was all made possible thanks to funding from Research!America Civic Science Programs, and Brewing Scientists , a nation wide initiative from SCIENCE FOR GOOD , a non profit that connects science to the people, communities, and decisions that shape our world.

Come to our release event and community market at Wildcraft on Saturday June 20th from noon-3 to celebrate teamwork, community, and ocean-inspired creations!

Welcoming a trio of bright new can additions to our Ciderhouse lineup! Some of the first ciders from the farm cidery we are pleased to announce, gratitude for this season in abundant amounts.

Lemon balm Push: tree-fresh Meyer lemons pressed on the house built press, strong yet surprising light cider from the Empire apple and Wildcrafted lemon balm.. made in style of shandy but more like a cocktail at 8.1%, still sips delightfully smooth. 🍋🌿

Witches Brew: the Spring Witch gifts us with a new proprietary blend of fermented botanicals and barrel aged cider. Rich and herbaceous.🔮

Premium: Our straight up Hard Cider - wild foraged and some locally cultivated fruit into a straight up dry cider. Classic. Wild fermented as always in every offering. 🍎🍏🍎

Highlighting farm fresh and wildcrafted produce like sugar snap peas and nettles, these spring forward dishes are bright and delicious: featuring a creamy pea and nettle soup, an orange marinated beet and spinach salad, AND the return of the bay shrimp roll! 🫛

We will ALWAYS stand in solidarity with humanitarian issues and we are facing a huge crisis of basic human rights..

Arts and culture is built on open sharing of traditions, history and the honoring of diversity in community. It is the basic expression of all that is good in the world. Oppressive, land claiming thugs that tear apart the basic fabric of what it is to be human cannot be allowed to persist and grow terror in this country.

We stand in anger and sadness with the families and victims of this terrible unlawful abuse by those so emboldened.
