Spring drops 🌱☀️
Welcoming a trio of bright new can additions to our Ciderhouse lineup! Some of the first ciders from the farm cidery we are pleased to announce, gratitude for this season in abundant amounts.
Lemon balm Push: tree-fresh Meyer lemons pressed on the house built press, strong yet surprising light cider from the Empire apple and Wildcrafted lemon balm.. made in style of shandy but more like a cocktail at 8.1%, still sips delightfully smooth. 🍋🌿
Witches Brew: the Spring Witch gifts us with a new proprietary blend of fermented botanicals and barrel aged cider. Rich and herbaceous.🔮
Premium: Our straight up Hard Cider - wild foraged and some locally cultivated fruit into a straight up dry cider. Classic. Wild fermented as always in every offering. 🍎🍏🍎

Highlighting farm fresh and wildcrafted produce like sugar snap peas and nettles, these spring forward dishes are bright and delicious: featuring a creamy pea and nettle soup, an orange marinated beet and spinach salad, AND the return of the bay shrimp roll! 🫛
