This place has come full circle and has a rich history spanning 40 + years within this wonderful town. Ray and Karen handed over the reigns of their beloved mini-mart to the 2 sons of their former partner's, Billie and Betty Boyle. American Wagyu Alert! We added hamburger patties today, along with some fantastic meat for carne asada or fajitas, Skirt Steak. Top Sirloins, labeled Beef Loin Sirloin but … look closely. Grab that T-bone that was mislabeled. A T-bone is a Filet Mignon and a New York in one big piece. There’s also one Filet Mignon waiting to be taken, its Texas name is Tenderloin. This meat is exceptional, ask anyone that’s had it.

American Wagyu Alert!! We just received more steaks. The Ribeyes were gone before we priced any of it. But we have filets (Tenderloin) and very thick New Yorks (KC Strip steak), skirt, flank, rump and chuck roasts. More is expected tomorrow! It won’t last long! We are working on the finer details of ordering and delivery times so please bear with us as we figure this out.

Currently sold out of our Ribeye but … filet mignon is also called tenderloin, so look for that. The New York Strip is stellar, as are all the remaining cuts. 1 lb packages of 85% ground beef. Next time we will get hamburger patties in the mix.
