Nidal Elfakih came from Venezuela 15 years ago. He always had the passion to make delicious food and serve people at its best. After coming to Worcester, he opened a White hen pantry, and later on, 7-Eleven franchise at Main and Franklin streets, which still operates. Four seasons Grocery and Deli, opened its doors to the public in 2014, on 442 Park Ave. Elfakih plans on using his 35 years of food
service industry experience to make Four Seasons the best it can be. Four Seasons Grocery & Deli is the culmination of an immigrant's dream to own and operate his own business. The store offers its customers variety of food: Spanish, Mediterranean and American. Customers are able to order cold cuts, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, fried food and more. Additionally, the store owns American convenience mini-markets — milk, snacks, drinks, frozen foods and some household necessities. Moreover, a client can try his luck by lottery and kino. "My intention is to deliver fresh food every day," said Mr. Elfakih. "Some people like Spanish food, some people like Mediterranean food, and some people like American food. I want to reach all of them. People are looking for something fresh, not premade, and this is my purpose."
