Cigar of the Week 7/1/2025: West Tampa To***co Co. White Toro
Wrapper: Habano
Filler: Ometepe Seco, Jalapa Seco, Pueblo Nuevo Viso
Binder: Ecuador Habano
This cigar starts out with a nice richness that is accompanied by a very woody profile. With that comes lighter notes of cedar and earth! It’s worth bringing just up how well constructed this cigar is- burning very well! Regardless, there are light spice notes that turn the richness down a bit, but the first third comes to an end with a zesty citrus flavor!
The second third starts to get really really good as a buttery feel joins in. Additionally, a very nutty flavor comes into play. A little bit of coffee comes out too, and pairs extremely well with a developing creaminess! The more earthy characteristics have died down quite a bit, and the richness from the start is coming back to end the second third!
I do enjoy a cigar that changes throughout, and this is definitely one of them! The final third brings out some black pepper, but with that- a very smooth cocoa flavor that is awesome. There are fruity elements that come out, but not like the citrus flavor from the beginning- more of a jam. There is a touch of leather, and though still slightly sweet, a light grassy note comes out to finish off this really tasty stick!
Really enjoyable mild-medium cigar, so come get yours as supplies last!
