Antoine from Hurricane Flats in South Royalton, Vermont, just dropped off a delivery of their fresh, organic produce at our Woodstock location! Including this beautiful escarole 🥬🍿🫜

Hurricane Flats takes its name from the persistent spring winds that whip through Vermont's White River valley. Founded in 1995 on 37 acres along the banks of the White River, the land's owners launched an intensive program of organic practices to rehabilitate the soil.

In 2022, founder Geo Honigford and Sharon O'Conner handed the reins to Ashley Loehr and Antoine Guerlain, who continue to use farming practices that support healthy soil including cover cropping, mineral balancing, and biological pest- and weed-management systems. Today, the farm cultivates about 15 acres of roughly 50 varieties of fruits, veggies, herbs, berries, and popcorn!

Celebrate local foods and drinks at a special Meet the Makers tasting event at our Waterbury market! As part of our summer celebration, Local Food is Love, a few local makers will be sampling their products that are made right here in Vermont!

The event will be outside our Waterbury location on Route 100 in Waterbury Center on Saturday, August 8, from 11am-3pm. It's free and open to the public!

It's been pretty rainy the last few days, but it looks like we'll see some sun on Friday and Saturday 🌞 So why not celebrate the end of July and ring in August with The Good Ol' Days b**r, our American l***r collaboration brew with Rutland B**r Works 🍻

It's crisp, light and refreshing! Perfect for sipping when you're feeling nostalgic for warm summer evenings listening to your boombox play your favorite mixed tapes as the sounds of your neighbor's lawnmower hums in the background.

We've added lobster salad to our Friday Night Lobster Roll menu 🦞

Love the lobster but can't have the bun? Try our lobster salad! It's the same fresh ingredients we use for our lobster rolls—Maine lobster claw & knuckle meat and celery tossed lightly in mayonnaise. Serve it over local greens or pick up some gluten-free bread, buns, or baguettes!

Place your order online before noon on Friday for pickup on Friday at our Woodstock location between 4-7pm.
