In-store tastings are back in full swing, and today we’re thrilled to have for the very 1st time! Gorgeous vermouths (don’t skip the spritz!), an unaged Apple Brandy and some classy cocktails. Back in January we had the opportunity to sample their Cognac-style grape brandies and apple brandies aging in cask, and they are FANTASTIC. We are patiently awaiting their release. Keep an eye on these guys, what they are doing is exciting.

To all our neighbors in the Woodstock and greater Catskills community - in light of today’s events, our hearts go out to the artisans abroad who craft with soul, passion, and centuries of tradition, the wines and spirits that we offer, as well as the importers who work tirelessly to deliver them to our shores. Standing together, we will weather and withstand the pettiness and shortsightedness of those temporarily in control of this noble country. Each point in the journey of every bottle, from the ground to cellar, importer, distributor, retailer, and finally you, the consumer, will be impacted by this misguided, mendacious, reckless policy. Tonight though, we will raise a glass of great wine, whiskey, brandy, etc., to our newly enlivened senses, breathe in the generations of artistry, knowhow and communion with the earth, and realize that this too, shall pass.

Infused with a secret blend of more than 15 botanicals - including juniper, wormwood, sage, angelica, gentian, and orris root - then naturally colored with cochineal! Minimally filtered to achieve greater intensity but we smooth the edges with our own raw honey. The result? A beautifully balanced bittersweet tonic, perfect for spritzes, Negronis, or simply over ice!
