Good news: Our front door is finally going to be fixed! đŸ€Ż

Bad news: They will be working tomorrow to finish up the job. We don’t want any unwanted particles finding their way onto your food, so we’re going to close the kitchen tomorrow.

We’ll be posted up at the side door (the one you’re all used to) to hand out Ben’s Bread pickups and we can grab market items for you during that time, but we’ll likely close up after that. Looking forward to serving you all again on Wednesday. Through our main door!

We are lucky to be friends with a very talented baker who did R&D for a popular local bakery for over 10 years. She decided to put her own spin on the Dubai Chocolate craze in the form of a cake with that crunchy, nutty filling and the results are amazing!

We’re doing a special drop this weekend with 4 cakes available each day Thursday, March 6 through Sunday, March 9. Pre-orders close at 5pm two days before desired the desired pickup date. Link in bio. If you trust what we’ve been bringing in, trust us on this one. These cakes are delicious. đŸ€Œ

New arrivals, from far, far away! đŸ‡°đŸ‡·

**BĂ©ton Brut Peaches (Seoul Brewery):** Hailing from Seoul Brewery in Seoul, South Korea, this refreshing farmhouse ale, slow bottle-fermented with local spelt wheat and Daegeukcheon peaches, offers a delightful stroll through a peach orchard at a crisp 5.9% ABV.

**Kimchi Beer (Gorilla Brewing):** From Busan, South Korea, Gorilla Brewing and Narichan teamed up to create Korea’s first kimchi sour beer—a refreshing 4.4% ABV brew infused with cabbage, radish, garlic, ginger, and kimchi Lactobacillus for a uniquely clean tang.

**Hana Pils (Ferment Brewing Company):** From Hood River, Oregon (not quite as far), this Japanese-style lager is crafted with European malted barley and toasted rice, then layered with French, Slovenian, and German hops to deliver wildflower and fruit blossom aromas at a crisp 4.8% ABV.
