Sometimes people walk in for the first time, take a quick look around and ask “What IS this place?” We still don’t have a good answer for that question. We serve poke. There is a vegan coffee shop in the corner. You can pick up some of the best baked goods in all of Seattle, a bottle of wine from a small producer in Sicily — and a blazingly spicy cup of Korean instant ramen while you’re at it. It’s an unexpected, interesting, weird-but-good mix of things. Some familiar, some to be discovered.
So when we came across .us — a brewery started by three Brazilian-born women of Japanese descent — making beers with jasmine flowers, yuzu, and strawberries in São Paulo, Brazil, it felt like "this place".
We’re excited to have three of their beers in the shop now, available in single cans:
🌼 Matsurika - Bohemian Style Pilsner w/ Jasmine Flowers
🍓 Sawa Strawberry - Sour Ale w/ Strawberry
🍋 Yuzu Nama Biiru - Dry Pale Lager w/ Rice and Yuzu
