Mary Dowling, Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame Inductee, 2025. Named for one of the rarest of trailblazers: a woman in the pre-Prohibition whiskey industry. 👑

Enjoy Mary Dowling Winter Wheat in a Whiskey Sour:
2 oz Winter Wheat
3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz simple syrup
Angostura bitters
Egg white (optional)

Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake and then strain in to a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice.
Garnish with 3-4 drops of Angostura bitters and lemon peel.
