Two amazing entrees in the market this week- local Lamb Bolognese over pappardelle and pictured here… Lebanese lamb over sumac basmati rice with a cucumber, mint yogurt sauce. This is slow braised lamb shank in a sofrito seasoned with warming spices- eapecially good for these cooler temperatures. Don’t miss this while it lasts!

Chocolate and Vanilla Croissant Bread Pudding just went into the Market fridge! Made with our delicious butter and chocolate croissants, it's not too sweet- making it a terrific treat for either breakfast - or - dessert...we *are* carrying Cabot's whipped cream in the cooler... just sayin'
