Refresh your pallet with an Irish Maid cocktail

2 ounces Jameson Lback or Casemates
3 slices cucumber 5 ounce elderflower liqueur75 ounce fresh lemon juice75 ounces club soda simple syrup (with a drop of honey)
Ice cubes

1. Into shaker, drop 2 slices of cucumber and with a mudler, mash them up
2. Add whiskey, elderflower, lemon juice, simple syrup and lots of ice
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
4. Strain over fresh ice, garnish with cucumber slice
5. Serve & enjoy!

What about a Shamrock Sour

2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup simple syrup
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 tiny drop of green food coloring
Lime wedges

1. Combine all ingredients except wedges in shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
2. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lime wedges

Shake up something different this St Patty’s day with a Luck of the Irish cocktail!

4 ounces Irish whiskey
2.5 ounces peach schnapps
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
6 ounces club soda
Maraschino cherries
Fresh pineapple chunks

1. Fill shaker half way with ice
2. Place 1 cherry and one pineapple chunk on a toothpick, put aside
3. Add whiskey, schnapps, pineapple juice, and lime juice to shaker
4. Add fresh ice to glass and shake shaker vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour, divide, and strain liquid into each glass
5. Add club soda to each glass, leaving room for the garnish
