Well now... what a time it’s been! ❤️

From way up yonder on the mountain at Hillbilly Slim’s to them big ol’ yellow trucks in Jasper, y’all sure kept us hoppin’ like a frog on a hot skillet! We’ve dished out a heap of good eatin’, swapped more laughs than we can count, and met a whole passel of mighty fine folks along the way.

Now, a quick note about Jasper...

🚚 Our Jasper Food Trucks are still in a SOFT OPENING this weekend and next week. Everybody’s welcome to come grab a bite with us, but we’re still gettin’ our bearings, workin’ out the kinks, and teachin’ these hillbillies how to behave when they leave the holler.

So if things take a spell longer than expected, please bear with us. We’re workin’ hard as a beaver buildin’ a dam in a rainstorm to make sure everything’s just right before our GRAND OPENING next weekend!

Thank y’all for supportin’ us, cheerin’ us on, and showin’ up for this wild and crazy dream. We sure couldn’t do it without ya.

We just want to say thank you to everyone who has stuck with us as we work through all the kinks of getting situated here in Jasper. This weekend was our soft opening, and while we definitely ran out of several items and are still figuring out storage and the flow of everything, the support has meant more than you know.

Please bear with us and don’t give up on us — we’re learning as we go and working hard to get everything running smoothly. We’re so thankful for every customer, kind word, and bit of patience along the way!

Sending so many prayers and condolences to our hillbilly girl Leslie during the passing of her dad. There are no words that can truly ease a loss like this, but we’re praying for peace, comfort, and strength for you and your family in the days ahead. Your hillbilly family loves and are here for you through it all. ❤️

It was plumb amazin' to kick off our first food truck day at J3 At The Gap . What a hootenanny, with good vittles, tunes of Whistlin Dixie that'd get yer feet a-tappin', and friends that're as good as gold. Let’s do it again!
