After having 3 children it was difficult to get back into shape and eat healthy due to how busy life can be. This page is to help encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to provide you with healthy recipes, effective workouts, daily motivation and one-on-one/team coaching. I will run challenges that will help push people that need to start an exercise and healthy eating p

Most confuse visibility with importance. Because of the times we live people tend to think that the most IMPORTANT things in life are the ones most visible here on social. In our world if you can’t see it, we think it’s not important. Like did it even happen if it’s not on ig stories?! 🤪. We live so much of our lives online that we forget to live our real life. We think if it’s visible to men it must be important to God 😑. That’s not true at all.
Use discernment when following people on social. Ask the Lord to guide you in who you follow and who you pour your time into.

AND set some boundaries! God wants your attention....He doesn’t want to come in 2nd or 3rd over your obsession in watching other people live their lives. Then we get upset and wonder why God isn’t using us like He seems to be using them 🔥🎤. Get alone with the Lord. Seek His will for your life. He will mold you...refine you....light your life on fire with LOVE that you don’t have to pretend but it just pours out of you and it’s undeniable that JESUS lives in you! 😭🔥.

What is STRENGTH? When you think of someone that is STRONG, most think of someone that fights for what they believe is right. Someone that takes a stand. Someone that stands up for themselves and fights to clear their name. Someone that fights back when someone does them wrong. Someone that speaks their mind here on social media. Someone that still stands after going through difficult things.

I use to think that too. I was actually called strong many times for those above things but.....

what STRENGTH really means is so different. It’s someone that stands on THE WORD.
Stands strong in faith BUT doesn’t argue to try to get their point across or make someone else believe.
Strength is staying NO to things that most of the world is saying YES to.
Strength is not following the crowd.
Strength is taking a step back and praying before reacting.
Strength is not NEEDING to have the last word.
Strength is being a prayer warrior instead of a word vomitter 🤭. Been there 😬
Strength is worshipping while the Lord fights your battle.
Strength is letting go of the control and giving it to God.
Strength is making HIS name famous over your own.
Pure unwavering STRENGTH comes from one person...JESUS.
