That Excise Tax of 15% starts today also on top of the 7% Indiana state tax so all va**ng, smoking, and cannabis products all 22% taxed now. WHEW that's a hefty tax.

If you see gummies or edibles at v**e shops in Indiana that say they are Delta-9, they still only have 0.3% or less Delta-9 in them so less then one third of one percent to remain Farm bill compliant. I found this deceiving myself so informing everyone. Also v**e shops are being targeted by Biden's new bill to FDA to regulate synthetic ni****ne products that starts April 14th and must be complied with fully by July 14th, 2022. We will see what this actually does but just another way to target small businesses IMO. Have a Great Day everyone. Google it
