Happy Saturday Happy Smokers! We have reached the weekend and what a great way to start this weekend by coming down to your favorite Downtown Cigar Shop and hanging with the locals!

Cigar of the Day: J.C. Newman Yagua

We welcome back the Yaguas! The cigar that's rolled in bundles with the Cuban Royal Palm Tree (Yagua), making each cigar a unique shape. Yagua is a difficult cigar to roll because J.C. Newman uses an under fermented Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, blend the filler to***cos differently, and does not use the usual tools and techniques of a cigar factory. As the wrapper is not fully fermented, they age the ci**rs for a full year after they are rolled.

Cigar of the Day: Don Pepin Garcia; Series JJ

Series JJ, created by Pepin and his son Jaime, this fine handmade employs a wonderful blend of Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo long-leaf to***cos inside a flavorful Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper. The result is a full-bodied smoke layered with deep flavors. The aroma is earthy and spicy, complementing the rich, leathery flavors perfectly.

Don Pepin Garcia Series JJ is handmade in Miami, in order to maintain a high level of quality control, making this a rare treat for the senses.
