(1) - BOOKER'S BOURBON.
the latest batch is hitting our store shelves, titled “Bardstown Batch.” This is the 3rd Booker’s batch of 2021 with a name that acknowledges the hometown of longtime Beam Master Distiller Booker Noe.
ABV: 62.75% (125.5 proof)
Nose: Graham cracker, caramel and brown sugar, with touches of cocoa, clove.
Palate: It’s fairly sweet on the front end, but that sweetness is wiped away on the back end by some significant oak and tannin dryness.

(2) - LITTLE BOOK BOURBON Chapter 5 "The Invitation" by Freddie Noe.
The new 2021 release, Chapter 5, is subtitled “The Invitation”.
This is a blend of four whiskeys, which includes bourbon both young and old, along with some more unusual rye whiskey.
Nose: You get traces of older, mustier oak, but also some fresher graininess, along with orange citrus, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: The first things of note are significant caramel and fresh vanilla bean, which segue into more deeply caramelized sugars and considerable old oak.
