•Double Oak - Supercharged notes give this whiskey supreme complexity and mouthfeel. Our dedicated tasting team strategically selects barrels with prominent grain, fruit, and herbaceous notes as they are complemented well by the extra barrel character.

•Toasted - Starting with a traditional small batch bourbon, the whiskey is initially aged in new charred oak barrels before being transferred to a custom-toasted oak barrel for a second maturation. This finishing process introduces deeper, sweeter flavors and layers of complexity while preserving the robust character of Peerless’s grain-forward profile.

• Double Oak Rye- Crafted using a sweet mash fermentation and bottled at barrel strength without chill filtration, this rye whiskey delivers a robust and full-bodied experience. The double oak process imparts intensified notes of spice, caramel, and toasted oak, creating a whiskey that is both powerful and nuanced.

• High Rye - This Peerless High Rye Bourbon release offers a savory nose highlighting warm seasoned oak, leather, and citrus. Cedar, dark fruit and sweet grasses further develop the complex aroma. The first sip boasts candied oak topped with toasted sugar and charred orange. A bright tea freshness emerges from the sweetness and a thick mouthfeel. Another sip adds warm leather and rich to***co to the profile—the competing sweet and earthy notes tussle in an exciting finish.
