Five Boroughs Brewing Company. Summer Ale, 5.0% ABV
A blonde ale brewed with Mosaic and Cascade hops. Notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, are backed up by both floral and herbal undertones, especially as it warms. Detectable bitterness, but not overwhelming. Slight honey sweetness from caramel malt, but with a bone dry finish.

Pours hazy pastel-pink in the glass. Overflowing with notes of fresh-picked strawberries, orange sorbet, and fuzzy peaches. Refreshingly soft body and a clean, tart finish. Who says DOOM has to be gloomy?
