Commercial Distributing Co. is looking for a Relief Route Manager to join our team! 🍻🚚

The Relief Route Manager assures effective distribution of assigned company products and
attainment of designated sales objectives by carrying out duties and responsibilities of selling,
servicing and merchandising of company products.

Some essential duties and responsibilities include:

📆 Adhering strictly to account service schedule and route assignments

🏦 Performing accounts receivable/collection function, developing a working knowledge of
credits, checking credit daily, and reporting credit problems or complaints

➡️ Pull forward, stock and rotate products as necessary and/or required, adhering to the
company rotation policy

📋 Keeping inventory of company products within accounts

🏷️ Communicating advertising, prices, company/brewery programs, and sales trends with
customers, assisting with developing and implementing strategic business development
initiatives for customers, while increasing sale of Commercial Distributing’s products

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Westfield, MA for the following positions:

🚚 Driver (Class A or B CDL Required)
Our drivers deliver beer and other beverage products to local businesses, safely unload deliveries, rotate stock, collect empties, and provide excellent customer service. This is a physically active position that requires lifting, moving product, and working in all types of conditions.

🌙 Seasonal Warehouse Worker (Night Shift)
Help prepare customer orders by accurately picking products, building pallets, and loading delivery trucks for the next day's routes.
