Like a beacon shining over I-35, so shines the sign for Slovacek's in West, Texas. So much more than a rest stop, locals and travelers alike frequent Slovacek's for a break from the road, a unique place to shop, and a taste of real Texas Czech flavor. While you fill up your tank, step inside our spacious store and marvel at our bakery (with 37 types of kolaches), deli, meats (including our famous

sausage), and gifts galore. There's even a beer cave that we always keeps at a cool 32 degrees, and we carry a wide variety of imported beers and some microbreweries. Just pick your favorite food and relax in our dining room or take it outside to enjoy the weather while your pup plays in the dog park. Whether you're headed to a college game, passing through on the way to Dallas, or just picking up some sausage to take home for dinner, we can't wait to welcome you.
