The distillery and bottle shop are closed today. We'll be up at the Owl Bar at Sundance ( a good day to head UP to beat the heat ), where the talented staff will be pouring libations with our signature spirits late afternoon into early evening. Happy Juneteenth folks. Back in the shop tomorrow.

We're closed this week from Sat 4/26 - Sat 5/3 for some out-of-facility business. Some pre-order times will be available starting next Wednesday if booked 24 hrs in advance. Tours will resume in May - mid June before the summer heat hiatus. No tours mid-June to Sept.
