EPIC designed the work order system we use at LCS around the way our customers request service and the way our team actually works.

It’s one thing to talk about better processes. It’s another to see what the right process can change in your own business.

🔧 Another piece of commercial kitchen equipment back in service.

We recently diagnosed an issue with an in-wall pit, and the repair was completed with the replacement of the blower assembly.

The before-and-after tells the story pretty well. Sometimes keeping an older piece of commercial equipment running doesn’t mean replacing the entire unit. It means finding the problem, identifying the right repair, and getting the equipment back to doing its job.
