🚀 The Role
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our operations as Delivery Drivers & Packing Specialists.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll be part of both:
🚚 Local delivery operations (60-minute delivery model)
📦 Order fulfillment & shipping (UPS, USPS, Amazon orders)
💼 What You’ll Do
🚚 Delivery Responsibilities
-Deliver beverage orders (including alcohol) directly to customers’ homes
-Provide professional, friendly customer service at every stop
-Verify customer IDs in compliance with alcohol delivery laws
-Safely operate company fleet vehicles (no personal vehicle required)
-Follow optimized delivery routes and timing expectations
📦 Packing & Fulfillment Responsibilities
-Pick, pack, and prepare orders for:
-Local delivery
-Nationwide shipping (UPS/USPS)
-Amazon fulfillment
-Ensure accuracy and quality control on all outgoing orders
-Assist with staging, organization, and shipping station workflow
-Help maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment
💰 Compensation
Base Pay $13.00-$15.00/hour + Tips
💵 Average earnings: $17–$21/hour with tips.

✅ Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Clean driving record (required)
Clean background record
Ability to lift and carry packages/cases (up to ~60 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
