The time has come that we must say Good Bye, yes it's true, The Touhey family has sold the business of Touhey's Rockview Drive Thru Dairy in West Covina on Vine Ave.....it became official mid October.

Rockview Dairy/Reliance Dairy started construction in 1969 finished in Feb 1970 as our location begin the 55th year of operation and our family story began in 1977 with being the 48th year of The Touhey's ownership of the property and business, we wanted to celebrate and bring the dairy back to the ironic look with a facelift and the Red, White and Blue colors she has always had. We wanted to give the new owner a nice building to operate.

In honor of our late family Patriarch our mother Ella Touhey, my late brother Dairy Dave, Uncle Dave, and Rev Dave as you know him by, all one in the same, my late sister-law Nancy Dairy Dave's wife, both were my real estate partner and Cherise's parents, my late wife Debbie, my 2 kids Morgan and Brandon, my wife Angela and myself would like to thank everyone who supported and shopped at our family owned business.

The West Covina community has been very good to my family and myself, also affording me almost 22 years of elected office as Mayor/City Council for West Covina and President and Board member for Upper SGV MWD water district and the surrounding communities I've represented while in office. Thank you for the first 55 years for Reliance / Rockview / Touhey's Drive Thru Dairy and hopefully we hit 100 years old with our grand kids controlling the property. We will miss everyone, but we felt it was time to move on to our next venture. We still own the property with my niece Cherise and I, but not the business. Take care, you'll always be in our hearts and we Love you all
