Out here getting an early jump on the weekend Weimar Tx. After the way you guys supported me on my opening weekend I am attempting to have more product available by Saturday so others who missed out can get a bite this time around. Smoking pork butts overnight for Saturday and Sunday then tomorrow (Friday) throwing down the briskets to go low and slow with a long rest for Saturday. Then Saturday I put on more briskets for Sunday in between grilling up the chicken and sausage. It’s a process lol but I love doing it and so far you guys have been very appreciative…let’s keep it up! See ya’ll Saturday 11am until sold out and Sunday same thing.

Alright Weimar Tx the first weekend of being open at our new spot behind The Main Package Store, next to Dollar General, is finally here. It’s a beautiful morning , a little damp and cool but still, it’s going to be a great day. Please tell your friends the hours are 11am-7pm on Saturday and 11am-2pm on Sundays…until sold out on both days so hours could be shorter as I do prep everything on site out of my trailer therefore my capacity is limited. Thank ya’ll so much and let’s do this!
