Blackheart Premium Spiced Rum is a high-strength, 93-proof (46.5% ABV) spiced rum produced by Heaven Hill Brands.

Welcome back to another week of Cocktail Tuesday!

Today, we take a look at a more conventional cocktail!
-The Cosmopolitan-

The drink's popularity exploded in the late 1990s because the characters frequently drank it on the television show S*x and the City.

While the International Bartenders Association’s standard for this cocktail is marginally different, the ingredients you see below have come to represent the proportions commonly used for the modern Cosmopolitan cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka citron
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Lime slice or twist

Prep:
-Use a Martini glass-

-In cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients until chilled

- Strain into martini glass and serve with lime slice or twist

Hello and happy Tuesday everyone!

Today, we return for another week of Cocktail Tuesday!

This week's Cocktail will take us back to the late nineteenth century in Saratoga Springs!

The Saratoga Cocktail, at this time, could refer to two different drinks. One was basically a fancy brandy Cocktail with a sq**rt of champagne (otherwise known as a Chicago cocktail). Then there's the one we talk about today, which splits the difference between a Manhattan and a metropolitan. The fact that this version could stand on its own against the other is really saying something for this time period.

Saratoga Cocktail Ingredient:
-2 dashes of bitters
-1 oz of Brandy
-1 oz of Rye Whiskey
-1 oz of Vermouth Rosso
-1 slice of lemon

Prep:
-Use a small bar glass-

-Put 2 lumps of ice in the glass then add 2 dashes of bitters
-Add 1 oz of brandy, 1 oz of whiskey, and 1 oz of vermouth into the glass
-Stir well then add a quarter slice of lemon and serve

Today, we will be featuring the Beer Hug series from Goose Island Co.!

Beer Hug is a popular line of crushable, fruit-forward IPAs from Goose Island Beer Co. known for packing a high alcohol punch into accessible single-serve and multi-pack options.

IPA's are still very popular right now and that is mostly because they offer bold, distinct flavors that contrast sharply with mass-produced, mild lagers, and they give craft brewers endless room for creative recipes like juicy hazy IPAs and bitter West Coast styles.

Oktoberfest is the world's largest Volksfest, drawing over 6 million visitors annually to Munich, Germany. Originating as a royal wedding celebration in 1810, it spans 16 to 18 days from late September through the first Sunday in October.
