Tasting Notes
A meticulously crafted blend of 5+ year High Rye Bourbon, 7+ year High Rye Bourbon and 5+ year Wheated Bourbon culminating in a rich and balanced expression at 47% ABV (94 PROOF) as a nod to our DSP-KY-47.
Nose: Deep oak with layers of caramelized sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla bean.
Palate: Bold and full-bodied with waves of baking spice, rich toffee, and toasted pecan.
Finish: Long and warm with lingering notes of honey-drizzled cornbread and smoky caramel.
