Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale Beer Cheese Soup
A creamy and comforting beer cheese soup with a robust flavor from the bourbon barrel-aged ale.
Ingredients:
1 bottle (12 oz) Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and white pepper to taste
Croutons and chopped chives for garnish
Directions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale until smooth.
Slowly whisk in the milk and broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the dry mustard.
Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Do not let the soup boil after adding the cheese.
Season with salt and white pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with croutons and chives.

Alberta Premium Rye Whiskey 750 6
1 can
Mood Bru Apple Ginger Mule 4c 7
Apple slice for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Pour the Alberta Premium Rye Whiskey over the ice.
Top with the chilled Mood Bru Apple Ginger Mule.
Stir and garnish with a thin slice of apple.

Dirty Cream Liqueur Glazed Salmon
A sophisticated yet simple salmon dish featuring a sweet and creamy glaze.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dirty Cream Liqueur 750ml
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dirty Cream Liqueur, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side up in the skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
Flip the salmon and pour the glaze over the fillets.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.

Evolution Pinot Noir Braised Pork Shoulder
A succulent, fall-apart tender pork shoulder braised in a rich and flavorful Pinot Noir sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup Evolution Pinot Noir Sokol Bloss
3-4 lb boneless pork shoulder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef or chicken broth
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Season the pork shoulder generously with salt and pepper.
In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in the Evolution Pinot Noir to deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, broth, thyme, and bay leaf.
Return the pork to the pot, bring to a simmer, then cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
Braise for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is very tender.
Shred the pork and serve with the sauce.
