Always a blast crushing apples for a Graf cider/beer hybrid with Adrian .
Yesterday morning we pressed an apple mix consisting of 80% Newtown Pippin, 18% Mutsu, 1% Cox Orange Pippin, 1% Scarlet Spur II Red. Excited to see how it turns out. Should be ready to try in a few weeks!

October is National Cider Month. Come celebrate with us at our outdoor tasting stand on the ranch, open Saturday October 7th and Sunday October 8th, 2-5pm. We’ll have single varietal and rose ciders on-tap, and reserve, ginger, graf, and brett ciders by-the-bottle.

Fall is here! 🍁 Come drink some cider at our ranch this afternoon.

We’ll have our “lemonade stand” serving counter out in front of the barn with 5 styles of hard cider to pick from, open 230-430pm. Bottles available to-go.

We’ll be serving a few of our ciders again at this year’s Watsonville Wine, Beer, and Art walk, on Aug 19th, along with several other great local wineries, cideries, and breweries. Hope to see you there!
