Enjoying a visit to Tolaini winery to learn more about their amazing wines! Founded in 2002, Tolaini focuses on Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet planted on select Tuscan hillsides. A copse of trees called “Al Passo” has ancient Etruscan ruins and gives the name of their flagship wine, one of our most popular selections. Look for more of their wines at the shop soon!

1 oz sweet Vermouth ( is a favorite)
A few dashes of aromatic bitters (like ) and garnish with a Maraschino cherry - I love these Croatian ones from Marsala.
