Long post warning…
Now that the car is out of the bag with our small batch LTO releases, I figured I might as well make a post explaining what’s coming :-)
We have two VERY exciting Limited Time Offerings coming to you VERY soon. The first one is our bottle celebrating USA 250. This is a blend created by our VERY talented master blender and COO . It’s a blend of 11.5 year Bookers and 9.9 year old Barton bourbons. We’ve let the blend marry in our tanks for several weeks now and it’s *almost* time to unleash this beast. There will be more details in the near future on this release and all the fun surprises we have in store for you.
The second blend you see here (the purple label) is a VERY fun project we did. We had some of our closest friends, a group of some of the best content creators and whiskey minds in the country at Dream Spirits a few weeks ago. One of the events that weekend was a “blending competition.” We did a blind tasting as a group of the 5 final blends that each group submitted. This purple label is the winner of that blind tasting…you won’t want to miss these!
Both of these will be available at our partner retail shop only. They will be available for shipping but will not be hitting distribution. Needless to say, lots of exciting things on the horizon for us at Dream. Hope you’re ready to turn your whiskey dreams into reality with us ;-)

Had the absolute PLEASURE of first being a guest of the at their game this week. And then hosting them for a private and exclusive peek behind the curtains at all things Dream Spirits and doing barrel picks for some of the players etc. We had a BLAST and picked some REALLY tasty barrels…you might wanna keep your eyes peeled for that. Special shout out to and Lange (no IG?) for coming by the shop and kicking it there also! was thrilled to meet you all.
Shout out to the 🔌for putting this together. Not tagging you as I don’t know if you want me to put you on blast. Special MAJOR thanks to for being such a badass and overall GREAT guy. Thanks brother for rallying the troops and getting everyone in the room.
Can’t wait to do it all again in the near future!

What are we possibly working on here? Any guesses? I can tell you that it’s SUPER cool (no bias involved). If you’ve been to Dream with me, you know my 3 rules are VERY simple : Legal, Cool, Fun…if it meets those 3, I’m doing it. And this….i can’t wait to bring to you!

What has me (Prav) smiling this big and literally hugging a barrel?! Can only be something suuuuuppper special and fun that and I are cooking up for Dream Spirits!
I can’t wait to share this with you all…tho you’ll have to be patient as this (like all good things) come to those who wait and take their time. EVERYTHING we do at Dream we do with intentionality, with purpose…nothing just happens for the sake of it. This one will be one SPECIAL project.
Major thanks to two industry TITANS also who let me pick their brains on how to get as close as possible to recreate one of my all time favorite pours in “modern whiskey.”
Any guesses on what we’re cooking up? We may or may not tell you if you get it right.

I don’t know if I have the brain power to process what happened last Saturday. It was a HUGE day for our brand Dream Spirits…We did a collaboration with LAMBORGHINI! We hosted a charity event for Movember in collaboration with Lamborghini washington to unveil the brand new (unreleased) Lamborghini Temerario (the orange car).

There are ONLY 2 of these cars in the entire US right now…I repeat, only two of these for the whole country. And we had one of them INSIDE our rickhouse at our distillery. From what I’m told, this was the first place in the country, potentially the entire world this car was shown outside of Pebble Beach car show and their own dealerships 🙌🏾

We hosted about 50 lamborghini owners who all brought their cars to our distillery. All in all, we had about 150 people there for a catered lunch. All registered guests went home with a personalized and customized bottle from a single barrel of bourbon that we selected for them.

Here is a very small clip from the day.

We got to share our passion, our dream, and our whiskey with so many new friends! We also got to share Ankur Agarwal and Priyanka Saraff Agarwal’s new coffee passion with these same people as well. This collaboration today was hopefully and most likely the first of many events and the first of many such days!

The highlight of the day for me? Seeing the smile and immense pride on the faces of dad and mom 🙌🏾🙏🏽

I sure hope you will take a quick second in helping me welcome the one and only Matt Witzig to our team over at Dream! In my opinion, you can’t be serious about whiskey as a hobby or a living if you don’t know who Matt is. Matt was one of the original Co-founders of Joseph Magnus and then went on from there to do incredible things over at Phenomenal Spirits (you’ve probably seen his very famous RY3 whiskey blends that he does). I’m HONORED to *finally* be able to work with my friend after about a decade at this point.
Matt has joined us as our COO and master whiskey blender (some super exciting things to come in the near future). And not that he needs it, but below is a very small intro of him…
Matt Witzig started his journey in the spirits industry as a co-founder, COO, and blender at Jos. A. Magnus & Co. After moving the company to Michigan, Matt co-founded RY3 Whiskey as the company’s COO and Master Blender. Matt’s journey in the world of spirits has been nothing short of spectacular, marked by numerous accolades for exceptional products. Crafting award-winning blends is not just a job for him; it’s his passion expressed through every bottle. Matt plans on bringing every bit of that passion with his new role as the COO and Master Blender for Dream Spirits!
To say that I’m geeking would be a gross understatement because isn’t it everyone’s “Dream” to work with their friends? It sure is a part of my Dream. Let’s fukkkeennn gooooo

I’m beaming with pride today as I announce our Gin and Vodka. Some fun facts below about our newest spirits :

- They’re both distilled locally and 100% organic!
- The gin is my own proprietary recipe that uses a cane spirit base for a more viscous and richer mouth feel. The gin starts with a hint of pine and juniper that fades away and does a great job of balancing citrus and floral notes! Some very cool botanicals for our gin are lemongrass, white peppercorn, black raspberries, lavender, and orange peel!
- The vodka is the cleanest vodka you will put to your lips. It’s made of 100% local and organic corn…this also makes it naturally gluten free. There is absolutely no bite on the mid palate or finish on this vodka.
We’re 100% craft, not owned by some corporate conglomerate….we are as small business mom and pop shop as you can get. We also donate $1 for every bottle we sell to local charities.
These are starting to hit stores in DC already and will be in some restaurants and bars around town shortly as well. Distribution to other markets is also coming at some point down the road. If you’re local, come by any of our stores that carry it (will make a separate post highlighting those). We will also have it loaded on our website for purchases for those that aren’t local to DC.
