Bardens Bar & Liquor Store Bardens Bar has been a fixture on State Street in Waseca for over 85 years. Come be part of our history! Come see the beautiful art deco stain glass 12 x 20 ft.

It's 1937 Brunswick front/back bar and booth set and its Security State Bank architecture gives Bardens a unique place to enjoy a beverage. Established in 1937 by Joe and Walt Barden, Bardens Bar and Liquor Store replaced the Security State Bank of Waseca. In 1965 Richard Wendland and Richard Hayes partnered up and bought the bar. A couple years after Richard (Ivory Dick) bought out his partner. H

is wife Diane and he ran the business until 2003 when their son Shane purchased it. skylight and 7 matching front facing windows that light up the historical Brunswick front-back bar, and matching booth set during daytime hours. Bardens has some of the coldest beer and largest liquor variety in town so stop in and become part of our history!

It's Festival weekend!! Friday night dinner/dance at the VFW. Burger & fish basket from 5-7 pm, meat raffles from Fischer Farms and music by Los T's from 6:30 - 9:30. PLUS: special entertainment after the band. We are bringing back the Mr. Waseca County Sleigh & Cutter Pageant!! It's not too late to sign up guys! Then, Sat. is the annual Sleigh & Cutter Parade. Downtown Waseca starting at noon. Come join the fun!! Waseca VFW
